Awesome! I haven't thought of Pigface in ages! I remember playing them at KSPC radio and being blown away by the album, and the art.

I'm looking at the LP right now and this image is only 1/4 of the real cover. This is the top right hand 1/4. The black shown is actually part of a pyramid.
