Fear-The Record
This is about as basic as an album cover can be and still have something on it, but somehow it works for this album. It ties in with the raw up front sound that Fear delivered on this album.
On the back of the original vinyl album (which I still have) is written "You are invited to trace a FEAR stencil from the front cover" which makes this design functional as an early punk viral marketing tool through the use of spray paint vandalization, many of which were found all around LA in the day. Thought you would like to know.
