English Dogs-Where legend began
I have always liked this cover, I guess because the open doors are like inviting you into a new and different world. That's the way I wish all albums would make me feel.

The advent of digital music may be making the album cover seem quaint, but some of us still believe in the full package. For better or for worse, here are the good, the bad and the ugly...

I just listened to this album a week or so ago. It's okay, but overwrought and underskilled, so in some ways the worst of both worlds.
Jeez I totally forgot about this album ! Thanks. I can't remember what they sounded like, but will definitely find out again... I remember the cover intrigued me back then.
Bob-I still like it. It's got a raw quality, but I think it works.
Andre-I have always liked the cover.
I wanted to hear more of their stuff and a lot of it is on CD now, but it's still like $20+ for a CD. Too rich for my blood.
I've still not heard this band but their guitarist was handling bass duties for SABBAT when I saw them in Virginia a few months ago. Great guy.
what are you all basing this on? do you realise this is 1986??? between kill'em all and reign in blood.... underskilled? fckn brilliance..... consider it's a punk band (as in underskilled) performing something near classical... thematic brillance from beginning to end
